Looking after your mental health is always important, and even more so during the coronavirus outbreak. We know many people are suffering from increased anxiety and stress at this time, especially during the current lockdown - and that's completely normal given the speed and scale of change in our daily lives and the uncertainty about what lies ahead. However, there are many resources available to help you maintain your well-being, some of which we have highlighted on this page. Headspace has one mission: to improve the health and happiness of the world and is offering free support during the current global crisis. Visit their website or try Headspace and learn the essentials of meditation and mindfulness with a free Basics course via the app which is available in both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
